Attention 3/2/2024: I am not able to make more tires at this time. We're moving into spring and, I still have a lot of things to get done here in my new location before I can set up a workspace for making tires. I’ll try to keep this site current with what tires are available. The best-selling Eldon, Strombecker and Revell tires are gone. I will continue selling the less popular brands and probably unload the remainder on eBay and/or Etsy. I will see how things look as time goes by so, keep an eye on this site. I moved to a new home after 35 years in a home with a basement and my workshop. My new home does not have a basement so, I have nowhere for a workshop except the possibility of my unheated garage. If I have the ability to set up a workshop in the garage, prices for my tires will have to increase because I will have to have material shipped to me. In Chicagoland, I was able to purchase material in person 13 miles from home. There are no material vendors in East Tennessee. Check the website occasionally for updates.
My slot car tires are made of top quality Polymer Urethane and are track compatible with natural rubber tires. These tires are sandable and can be glued to the wheels and sanded true (recommended). The inside edge of the tire is unfinished and has no sidewall detail due to the open molding process. This does not in any way detract from their performance.
For optimal performance tires should be glued to wheels with a silicone based adhesive. My personal preference is Household Goop.

I'll take ten (more) pair (Strombecker 1" OD part ST1S). These work really well and we are very happy with them. They fit great on those American Line wheels. We've had some of our best racing with these. They have a good balance of slide and grip.

The tires worked great on my original Eldon plastic track. They had very good traction and just a little sliding in the corners, which makes for good racing.

Man I hate to sound so repetitive but I said it once and I've GOT to say it again, You are a magician! I got the "old" tires (EEOW) yesterday and they are incredible!! ..... I will now be able to get all my old Eldon cars running and usable again!
